1. Who we are
Magnolia Assurant Group ("Magnolia," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed insurance agency and property management company located at . This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, our online forms, phone calls, email, and text messages.
We are a small, local team. We only ask for the information we need to help you, and we treat it the way we'd want our own family's information treated.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us through our forms, by phone, by email, or by text. Depending on what you ask us for, this may include:
- Contact information: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, city, and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Insurance details: the types of coverage you're interested in, information about your home, vehicles, drivers, business, or rental property, and your mortgage details if you ask about Mortgage Protection Insurance.
- Current coverage and premiums: your current insurance company, what you pay, how often you pay, and renewal dates, so we can compare options for you.
- Health information for life insurance quotes: date of birth, gender, tobacco use, height, weight, general health, medical conditions, and medications. Life insurance pricing depends on these details. We ask for them only when you request a life, final expense, or Mortgage Protection quote.
- Business information: for buy-sell, key person, or commercial quotes, details such as business name, industry, ownership, revenue, payroll, and employees.
- Property and maintenance information: for tenants, your property address, unit, the repair you need, access permissions, and whether pets are in the home. For owners, details about your rental properties, units, and rents.
- Photos: pictures you choose to upload with a maintenance request.
- Rent payment notices: when you tell us you've paid rent, the amount, payment method (Venmo or a mailed check or money order), date paid, rent month, and any confirmation or check number you provide, so we can match the payment to your unit. Mailed checks show the account holder's name, bank, and account details; we use them only to deposit your payment.
- How you found us: the page you were on, the web page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, from an ad). This is attached to your form so we know which of our outreach is working.
What we don't collect on this site: we never ask for bank account numbers, routing numbers, or card numbers on our website. Rent is paid to CWDRE LLC through Venmo (inside Venmo's own app) or by check or money order mailed to our office, and we never see your bank login.
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to serve you and run our business, including to:

4. Where your information is stored
When you submit a form, your information is sent over an encrypted connection to our business Google account. We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as preparing quotes, servicing policies, managing properties, and handling maintenance.
