Everything you need, one tap away

No portal logins to remember. Pick what you need and you're done in a few minutes.

For owners

Hands-on management, start to finish

You keep the upside of owning a rental. We take the late-night calls, the paperwork, and the running around.

Tenant screening

Applications, background and rental history checks, and income verification, with the same written criteria for every applicant.

Leasing

We market the home, show it, sign a clear lease, and handle move-in so your place isn't sitting empty.

Rent collection

Tenants pay by Venmo or by mailed check or money order, and each payment is matched to the right unit. We follow up on late rent so you don't have to.

Maintenance coordination

Tenants submit requests with photos and a priority level. We line up the repair and keep you in the loop.

Inspections

Move-in and move-out walk-throughs with photos, plus check-ins during the lease to catch small problems early.

Monthly statements

One clear statement each month showing rent collected, expenses paid, and what's headed your way.

Insurance built in

The property and the policy, one team.

We're a licensed insurance agency as well as a property manager. That means the people who know your rental are the same people who can review its coverage.

  • Owners: landlord policies built for rentals, not owner-occupied homes
  • Tenants: renters insurance for your belongings and liability
  • One call when something goes wrong, instead of three
Tenant FAQ

Quick answers for renters

How do I pay rent?

Two ways: Venmo, or a check or money order payable to CWDRE LLC mailed to . Either way, include your address, unit, and rent month in the Venmo note or on the memo line. Then use the Let us know you paid form so we can match the payment to your unit. Please never mail cash.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the date in your lease. Venmo payments usually arrive quickly. Mailed payments count as on time when we receive them, so mail yours several days early. If you're not sure of your due date, call or text us and we'll check.

What counts as an emergency?

Fire, a gas smell, flooding, or a carbon monoxide alarm. Get to safety and call 911 or your utility company first, then call us at . Don't use the online form for emergencies.

How fast are repairs handled?

It depends on the priority you choose when you submit a request. Here are our response goals:

Do I need renters insurance?

Your lease may require it, so check yours. Either way, it's worth having: the owner's insurance covers the building, not your furniture, electronics, or clothes. Get a renters insurance quote from our team.
